UK Postage is £2.00 PER ORDER, regardless of size.

Ordering from Outside EU Europe:

Overseas orders are sent by Standard Airmail. Import duty may be applicable in your country. Items usually get to Europe in 3-5 days, the USA in 5-8 days and a little longer for Australia etc. All CD & DVD prices include 20% VAT which is NOT chargeable on orders sent outside EU Europe (i.e. Norway, USA, Australia, Canada, etc.). Books are zero-rated, so a book costing £8.95 is the same price anywhere in the world.

Returns:

Any item can be returned within 28 days of receipt for a refund of the cost of the goods or a replacement, as long as it reaches us in the same condition you received it (i.e. sealed CDs/DVDs must be returned still sealed). Please note that many of the smaller record companies and individuals we deal with do NOT shrink-wrap CDs or DVDs.

Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced free of charge, please email me if you have any problems at mss@organ.co.uk
